Preamble

The www.mrs1000dress.com website (hereinafter as the “Site”) is published and operated by the MRS1000SHOES LIMITED, which also holds ownership of the Site.

The following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) between you (“you” or “your”) and (both MRS1000DRESS and MRS1000SHOES LIMITED will be collectively referred to as (“we” “our” “us” “MRS100SHOES” “MRS1000DRESS”). MRS1000SHOES LIMITED registered office at 6th floor, Hang Shun Building, 10-12 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong. 

The use of the Site and the rental/purchase of any products offered on the Site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms and Conditions of Use") and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (collectively as “General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use”) between you and MRS1000DRESS, as well as the Privacy Policy of this Site. The use of the Site constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and your consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy for the Site (see "Security and Personal Data"), and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy, you should immediately cease to access and/or use the Site. 

The Site is not intended for use by minors. By accessing and/or using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, and any changes will apply from the date such changes are published on the Site. The Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy applicable at the time of using the Site are those that are applicable to you. Before using the Site every time, you should check the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and Privacy Policy to ensure you understand and accept the terms that apply at that time.  Your continued use of the Site after any changes to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and Privacy Policy constitute your acceptance of such change. If you do not wish to accept the revised Terms and Conditions of Use or the Privacy Policy, you should not continue to access and/or use the Site. 

We also advise you to keep regularly informed of the applicable terms and conditions. You can view the applicable version of the Terms and Conditions of Use or of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale or the Privacy Policy at any time.

Definitions

• "Products": Refers to all items available for rental or purchase on the Site, including but not limited to dresses, accessories, and any related merchandise.
• "Services": Refers to all services provided by MRS1000DRESS, including but not limited to fitting appointments, rentals, and any customer support services.
• "User": Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site, including customers, visitors, and any other participants in transactions conducted via the Site or in person.

Security and personal data

The Privacy Policy of the Site, incorporated by reference in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use, outlines how the personal information you provide will be processed. We may modify or amend its Privacy Policy at any time as indicated within it.

 Intellectual Property

All materials featured on the Site (drawings, designs, models, illustrations, images, sound tracks, texts, logos, trademarks, etc.) are the exclusive property of MRS1000SHOES LIMITED or its subsidiaries. You may not reproduce, by any means or process, totally or in part, distribute, publish, transmit, create derivative works based on, modify or sell any such materials contained on the Site.

The “MRS1000DRESS" trademark, all other MRS1000DRESS-related trademarks and logos, and all intellectual property rights, whether or not registered, displayed on the Site, as well as the domain name "Mrs1000dress.com ", are and will remain the exclusive property of Mrs1000shoes Limited. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose whatsoever without prior and express agreement of MRS1000DRESS is prohibited. You may not remove any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice contained on the Site or any content contained therein. You may make a single copy of web pages published on the Site for your own private, personal and non-commercial use, provided that any copy of such web pages shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.

 Linking

The Site may contain links to third party websites that are not published or controlled by us. Such links are provided as a convenience only and cannot, and may not be interpreted as, an express or implied endorsement of such websites, their content or any products or services offered thereon.

You may only provide a link to the Site if expressly authorized in writing by us.

 Right to suspend

We do not guarantee that the Site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business, operational, or regulatory reasons, or if you breach these Terms and Conditions of Use. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Site through your internet connection are aware of these Terms and Conditions of Use and comply with them.

Limitation of liability

Neither MRS1000DRESS nor MRS1000SHOES LIMITED shall be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits or other indirect losses, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless MRS1000DRESS, together with the respective agents, officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use by, or the use by any other person accessing the Site using your personal data.

Disclaimer of warranty

We do not warrant or represent that:
- the Site is free from viruses, data overwriting programs, trojan horses or other destructive material.
- the information contained on the Site is accurate, complete, or up to date.

The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects and MRS1000DRESS does not warrant that such defects will be corrected. The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. MRS1000DRESS expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including without limitation, any implied warranty regarding the usual conditions of use of the Site or the adequacy of the Site for a usual or specific use, its quality or compliance with all statutory provisions. This disclaimer and exclusion of warranty shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform to access the Site. You should use your own virus protection software. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. You must not attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you may incur liability under applicable law, and MRS1000DRESS reserves the right to report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Governing law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law. These Terms and Conditions of Use are drafted in English.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions of Use, either party may use mediation procedure or any other alternative procedure for settlement of a dispute. Any dispute, controversy, difference or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Use which cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days after the commencement of the discussion, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be [one]. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

MRS1000DRESS reserves the right to seek and obtain injunctions or orders, or such other form of relief (including specific performance or monetary damages if appropriate) as may be proper under applicable laws, in any court of competent jurisdiction, to protect its rights hereunder.

Fitting appointment duration

Each fitting appointment is scheduled for a 60-minute session, during which you can try on up to 8 dresses. The selection of dresses will be based on what is available during your session. A maximum of two companions may accompany you during the appointment.

Fitting fee

The fitting fee is HKD200, which will be refunded as a rental fee if you choose to rent any item(s) from MRS1000DRESS on the same day as your fitting. Each item can only be used for one deduction.

Re-fitting

If you need to re-fit, there will be a charge of HKD200 per person for each re-fitting session. Please note that re-fitting fees are non-refundable and non-deductible.

Booking process

You can book your fitting timeslot on our website. If you encounter any issues regarding your fitting appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp at +852 61133163, or through Instagram or Facebook direct messages.

Rescheduling and Cancellation

You are allowed to reschedule your fitting appointment ONCE or cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled time to receive a refund in the form of MRS1000DRESS store credit.

No-Show Policy

A HKD200 fitting fee will be charged in the event of a no-show without prior notice.

Fitting appointments are exclusively designated for dress rentals. If you are interested in renting accessories or bags, or purchasing items from Mrs1000dress or Mrs1000shoes, you are welcome to visit us during our opening hours—no fitting fee is necessary.

Place your rental order

You can directly place a rental order on our website without a fitting appointment.

Fitting appointment

If you wish to try on items before placing a rental order, you can book a fitting appointment with us.

Payment

The complete rental fee for the order must be paid in full at the time of booking. A security deposit may be required for certain items.

Flexibility for Your Rental

We understand that plans can change. You can modify your rental order, including your selected items and rental start date, at no additional cost up to 2 days before your rental begins. If changes are made within 2 days of your rental start date, a fee of HKD 200 will apply. Each order is eligible for one free modification. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of items until you confirm your changes, as all modifications are subject to item availability.

Extend your rental period

You may request an extension of your rental period for a Product by contacting us via phone call or WhatsApp no later than 12 noon, one business day prior to the scheduled return date. All extensions are subject to availability, and you will be required to pay the applicable additional rental fee for the extended period. The Product must be returned on or before the extended due date.

Cancellation of your rental order

We understand that plans can change. To cancel or reschedule your rental, please contact us via WhatsApp.

1. STRICT NO CASH REFUND POLICY

We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations under any circumstances. Instead, we offer Store Credit based on the notice period provided below.

2. Cancellations & Modifications

• More than 48 Hours Notice: If you cancel or modify your booking more than 48 hours before your rental start date, you will receive Store Credit for the rental fee paid. Important: If your rental payment included a reimbursement or deduction of a previously paid Fitting Fee, that fee is not included in the Store Credit.
• Less than 48 Hours Notice (Late Fee Applies):If you cancel or modify your booking within 48 hours of the start time, a HK$200 Late Fee will be charged. For Cancellations: We will deduct HK$200 from the refundable rental amount, and the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit. For Modifications: You must pay an extra HK$200 surcharge to change the date or style.

3. Fitting Fee Policy

Please note that the Fitting Fee is strictly non-refundable.

• The Fitting Fee covers the stylist's time and the private consultation service, which has already been provided. It is forfeited upon cancellation of the dress order.

Calculation Example

(Standard Cancellation):You paid: HK$1,000 (Rental)(Includes HK$200 Fitting Fee previously credited to you)Refund amount: HK$1,000 - HK$200 (Fitting Fee) = HK$800 Store Credit.

Important: All cancellation or modification of your order requests must be submitted prior to the delivery or pickup of the Product(s). We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges once the item(s) have left our store.

Care of the Products

During the rental period, you become responsible for the care of the Product(s). You agree to treat them with great care and keep them safe. replacement fee.

The Products will be professionally dry cleaned after each rental. You are prohibited from attempting to clean any Products by yourself in any circumstances. If you do so, we reserve the right to charge you up to 100% of the Retail Value of the Product as a replacement fee.

1. Cleaning and Maintenance
We handle the dry cleaning. Strictly do not attempt to wash, dry clean, iron, or steam the Product yourself. Do not attempt to spot-clean stains (including wine, soy sauce, or mud), as rubbing often damages delicate fabrics. If a stain occurs, alert us upon return.

2. Prohibited Actions
To protect the integrity of our Products, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Alterations: No cutting, sewing, or ironing of hems.
• Pins: The use of safety pins is prohibited as they snag and puncture fabric.
• Adhesives: Do not use iron-on tape. Gentle fashion tape is permitted but must be removed prior to return.

3. Damage Policy
You are liable for any loss, destruction, or damage beyond Normal Wear and Tear.

"Normal Wear and Tear" includes: Missing beads, stuck zippers, minor removable food spills, or light dust on the very bottom edge of the hem.

"Damage" includes:

• Stains: Permanent staining from liquids such as red wine, soy sauce, ink, or permanent dyes from fake tan/body makeup.
• Soil & Earth: Heavy mud, grass stains, red clay, or ground-in dirt (especially on hemlines) that cannot be removed via standard dry cleaning.
• Odors/Stink: Persistent smells or stink (including, but not limited to, strong food smells, heavy smoke, or pungent body odor) requiring specialized ozone treatment or multiple cleanings. If the odor cannot be removed, the Product is deemed damaged.
• Fabric Issues: Cigarette burns, tears/rips in seams or fabric, and snags caused by jewelry.

In the event the Product is returned damaged beyond normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or specialized deep cleaning. If the Product is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair (as determined by Mrs1000dress), you will be charged the Full Retail Value of the Product.

Pick up from Our Showroom

You can collect your order at our Central showroom free of charge during our opening hours. Please ensure to bring the credit card used to place your order on our website for verification purposes.

Pick up by Authorized Person

You may authorize a friend or family member to pick up your order on your behalf. In this case, we require a written authorization letter from you, along with the identity proof of the person picking up the order for verification purposes. Please ensure that all necessary documentation is provided to facilitate a smooth pick-up process.

Unpicked Up Orders

Orders that remain uncollected on or before the rental completion date, without prior notification to MRS1000DRESS, will be classified as completed orders. No refunds will be provided in these instances.

Delivery

If you prefer delivery, we offer a courier service for an additional fee. As we utilize third-party courier providers, we kindly request that you provide an accurate and secure delivery address.

Please note that while we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are unable to control the courier's timeline. MRS1000DRESS cannot be held liable for any delays caused by the third-party courier service.

Please note that all delivery fees are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances surrounding the order.

Return

You are required to return the Product(s) on or before the return date specified on your order during our operation hours. Late return will incur additional charge.

Late Fees If the Product is returned past the original or extended due date, a pro-rata late fee will be charged. This late fee will be calculated as a portion of the daily rental fee, based on the 4-day rental fee for the Product.

You agree to pay any applicable late fees, which will not exceed 100% of the Retail Value of the Product, in addition to the Rental Fee.

Never return case

If you fail to return the Product(s) within 10 days after the scheduled return date, it will be considered a non-return. In such cases, the following consequences will apply:

• You will be charged the full retail price of the unreturned Product.
• Any security deposit or prepaid rental fees will be forfeited.
• The company reserves the right to take further legal action to recover the unreturned Product or its value.

Arrangements for Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm

In the event of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm is hosted, the following arrangements will be implemented:

• Closure of Facilities: All facilities will be closed until the storm has passed and it is deemed safe to reopen. Please check our website or social media channels for updates.
• Extension of Pick-Up or Return Date: Arrangements for pick-ups, returns, or events during this period will be postponed by one day at no additional charges. Customers will be informed via WhatsApp or phone.
• Operational Updates: We will provide timely updates regarding the status of operations and any further instructions via our social media platforms.
• Customer Support: Our customer service team will be available to assist with any inquiries or concerns during this period. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp or direct messages on Instagram/Facebook.

MRS1000DRESS reserves the right to limit, cancel, or prohibit any rentals or sales of Products for any reason, including but not limited to availability, geographic concerns, or other operational considerations. We will make every effort to fulfill your requests, but ultimately, we retain the right to make decisions in our sole discretion.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of the Rental  Packages offered by Mrs1000Dress ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any credit package, the customer ("you" or "Member") agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Package Overview & Credit Allocation

• Package Selection: These terms apply to all membership tiers. The specific cost and total credit value are determined by the specific package selected by the Member at the time of purchase.
• Credit Conversion: For the purpose of redemption, 1 Credit is equivalent to HK$1.00
• Account Credit: Upon successful payment, the total credit amount corresponding to the purchased package will be credited to the Member’s account.

 Validity of Credits (No Expiry)

• Perpetual Validity: The credits included in your package do not have an expiration date.
• Usage: You may use these credits at your own pace until the balance is fully depleted.
• Balance: Any remaining credit balance will stay in your account indefinitely until redeemed.

 Complimentary Fitting Slots 

• Benefit: Members are entitled to free fitting slots (waived HK$200 fitting fees) subject to the conditions below.
• Benefit Duration: The free fitting benefit is valid for a maximum period of six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Early Termination of Benefit: The free fitting benefit is strictly tied to the existence of a credit balance. The benefit will expire upon the occurrence of whichever of the following comes first:
  
  1. Time Limit: The completion of six (6) months from the date of purchase; OR
  2. Credit Depletion: The moment the total credits from the package are fully used (Balance reaches 0), even if this occurs before the 6-month period ends.
  
  
• Reversion to Standard Fees: Once the free fitting benefit expires (due to time limit or credit depletion), standard fitting fees will apply to all future appointments.

Usage of Credits

• Scope: Credits may be used solely for the rental of dresses,  accessories and bags available at Mrs1000Dress.
• Exclusions: Credits cannot be applied toward the purchase of retail items, security deposits, cleaning fee or late fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Insufficient Balance: If a rental fee exceeds the Member’s remaining Credit balance, the difference must be paid via standard payment methods accepted by the store.

Non-Transferability & Refunds

• Non-Transferable: The Membership Package, including Credits and fitting benefits, is strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
• Non-Refundable: All Membership Package fees are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or returned to a credit card.

Termination & Misuse

• We reserve the right to terminate a Membership immediately if the Member violates these Terms or abuses the rental policy. In such cases, remaining Credits may be forfeited at our discretion.
