Delivery & Return

1. Where do you deliver to?
Standard Two-Way Delivery (HK$100 Flat Rate): We offer a convenient round-trip flat rate via SF Express. We deliver to residential, commercial, and industrial addresses, as well as any SF Express station or locker.

Door-to-Door & Urgent (On-Demand): For instant, direct delivery to your home or office, you are welcome to arrange your own courier (e.g., Gogovan or Lalamove) at your own expense.

2. Pick Up / Return at Our Showroom
Enjoy free pick-up and return of your items at our Central showroom. Just be sure to check our opening hours before you visit!


3. How do I return by post?
A pre-paid return slip will be included in your package. On the return date, please call SF Express +852-2730-0273 before noon to schedule a same-day pick-up.

4. How do I pick up from our showroom?
Simply show the staff your confirmation email with your order number—either on your phone or printed out— Don’t forget to bring the credit card you used to place the order for verification!
