2. Is there a fee for fitting?
Yes, the fitting fee is HKD200, refundable if you rent or buy on the same day.
3. How do I book a fitting?

4. Can I reschedule or cancel my fitting?
Yes, you can reschedule once or cancel up to 12 hours in advance for store credit. Fitting appointments are exclusively designated for dress rentals.
5. No Fitting Appointment Needed for the Following Items
No fitting appointment is necessary for renting accessories or bags, or for purchasing items from Mrs1000dress or Mrs1000shoes. You are welcome to visit us during our opening hours.
6. What if I miss my appointment?
A no-show without notice will incur a HKD200 fee.
7. Do I need a fitting to rent?
No, you can rent directly online, but fittings are recommended if you want to try items first.
8. What is the payment policy?
You must pay the full rental fee at booking. A security deposit may be required for some items.
9. Can I change my rental order?
Yes, you can modify your order for free up to 2 days before the rental starts. A HKD200 fee applies for changes made later.
10. Can I rent for more than 14 days?

11. What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order up to 2 days before the rental start date for store credit.
12. What if I damage an item?
You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
13. How do I pick up my order?
Collect your order at our Central showroom during opening hours. Bring the credit card used for your order.
14. Can someone else pick it up for me?
Yes, but they need a written authorization letter and their ID.
15. What if I don’t pick up my order?
Uncollected orders by the rental date will be considered complete, with no refunds.
16. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery for a fee. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
17. What are the late return fees?
Late returns incur a pro-rata fee. If not returned within 10 days of the original return date, you’ll be charged the full retail value.
18. How are products cleaned?
All items are professionally dry cleaned. Please do not attempt to clean them yourself.
19. What happens in a Typhoon or Black Rainstorm?
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm occurs, all facilities will close. Pick-ups and returns will be postponed by one day. Please check our website or social media for updates.
